We bring a complete portable studio directly into your office so your team can be photographed comfortably without leaving work.
Our process is designed to feel calm, efficient and human. We guide each person through the session, help with posture and expression, and create polished headshots that feel approachable and professional while still feeling true to the individual.
Corporate headshot quote estimator
Use this as a starting point. Office sessions include a $1,500 setup fee to bring a mini studio to you, plus per-person image pricing and a 25% travel / production fee. Studio sessions in Brooklyn are $400 per person for teams of 3 or more.
A professional setup with a calm, guided process.
We are fully insured and experienced working inside offices, shared workspaces and active business environments. Before the shoot, we will talk through schedule, room needs, backdrop choices, power access and the final image usage.
On the day, we bring the full studio to you: professional lights, backdrop options based on your choice, camera gear, screens for reviewing images and all the necessary setup equipment. We recommend a private room or quiet space so each person has a little privacy and can feel comfortable. Most sessions take around 10 to 15 minutes per person.

Depending on the workflow, people can review images on-site or select from a private online gallery after the session.
Retouching
Final images are naturally retouched. The goal is polished and professional without making people look over-edited.
Delivery
Files can be prepared for LinkedIn, company bios, press, internal directories and other common business uses.
